Bookings through the internet will cost 20 to 50% less than our local rates. You may book the vehicle you need without a deposit up front or using a credit card, you will pay at the delivery (after you get the vehicle you have booked). Accepted Payment Methods are Cash, Visa Credit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, Maestro Debit card, Mastercard Debit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron.
When you secure your booking through our website, your reservation is entered into the system and the car or bike is secured to be available on the dates and times you required. You will receive a voucher which will contain all the information required to facilitate the process at the pickup point. With MOTOR CLUB RENTALS you don’t pay anything before you get the car or bike you have booked. At the time the rental period starts (delivery), you pay the agreed amount directly to our representative. It is better for you if you pay after you have seen the actual vehicle. A deposit is not required but we will appreciate an early notification in case you need to cancel.
All reservations are based on a vehicle category and not a certain car or bike model. In case of no availability for a confirmed reservation, MOTOR CLUB RENTALS reserves the right to offer a vehicle of a bigger category to the customer with no extra charge.
According to Greek Law, car rental companies are allowed to have vehicles in their fleets that are less than 6 years old. This is common practice for all small-medium sized. Our company keeps the small cars up to 4 years and bigger cars up to 6 years.(the same for our scooters, motorbikes & Quads).
Yes you are. Our vehicles are insured against T.P.D Third Party Damages-C.D.W , Collision Damage Waiver: policy covers you against all damages to the Motor club car & bikes , except for the first portion of the claim (Excess) in the event of damage or theft to the rented car or bike. The excess amount varies for each car model from 400.00 euro to 600.00 euro and for each bike model from 150.00 to 400.00 euro - our online reservation system given option to “zero” the excess by choosing the optional “F.D.W (Full insurance with no excess AT ALL ) at an exceptionally low charge.- S.C.D.W ,Super collision damage waiver policy covers the vehicle for damages to the tyres, rims, undercarriage. However, C.D.W. & S C.D.W. insurances do not cover damages to the vehicle if they have been caused by negligence, driving outside the asphalt roads, by any violation of the Greek Traffic Law.
No there are not. All mandatory insurances are included in the rates. There are some optional policies, such as F.D.W (Full insurance with no excess AT ALL ) Baby seats ,GPS , which are clearly presented as optional extras during the on-line reservation process.
Drivers are expected to have a valid driver’s license for at least one complete year before the day of rental. Typically the minimum age is 21 for the economy category and 25 for higher categories. For renting a bike the age should be minimum 18 for all scooters and small quads (ATV) and 25 for higher categories(e.g. Quad 310 cc-Yamaha XT 660cc)

Greek Law requires all citizens of countries outside the European Union to carry an International License together with their home country license. This outdated rule is slowly going out of practice but the law has not yet changed. Most locations are slightly.
Scooter - Motorbike Driver’s License: To drive a scooter or motorbike in Greece it is required to have and display a valid Driver’s License type AM, P or higher for 50cc scooters, A1 or higher for 125cc scooters, A2 or higher for 200cc and 250cc, & A for more than 250 cc motorbikes. (To drive a scooter or motorbike, we advise you to have a very good experience in driving 2 wheels.) Quad Driver’s License (ATV): To drive a quad in Greece is required to have and display a valid Driver’s License type B. Helmets for Scooter Motorbike & Quads (ATV) are mandatory in Greece. We provide them to you free of charge. You are responsible for any fines for not wearing a helmet.
You can pick up or drop off your chosen rental car/bike anywhere on the island (port, airport, hotel, any spot in Zakynthos, or our Local Office in Laganas). Delivery and collection of the car/bike are free of charge 7 days a week from 08.00 to 22.00. Delivery/collection outside these hours are subject to an additional charge of 15€. Delivery and Collection at the areas (KAMPI VILAGE & S NIKOLAS PORT) are charged differently due to distance.
A representative of our company will expect you in the arrival’s hall at the scheduled time of your arrival, holding a board with the MOTOR CLUB name on it. Please look for him and have your mobile phone open, in case we need to contact you.

There are plenty of fuel stations on Zakynthos Island. The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference.
You have unlimited klm’s on the island of Zakynthos.
Motor club Cars & bikes are covered with 24hr Road Assistance. In case of a break down or Accident the Renter is obliged to inform the company. Your car or bike will be replaced by another one, same or bigger. Contact details will be provided to you at the station.

It is possible to take the car off the island of Zakynthos but only with a written approval from MOTOR CLUB RENTALS. There is an extra charge of 35 €. With the written approval from MOTOR CLUB, you receive exclusive offers -50 % discount on the ferry tickets for car and passengers. Motorbikes and ATVs are not allowed to be taken outside Zakynthos. In any case, when driving outside Zakynthos Island without a written approval, the insurance is automatically cancelled.
